1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Ghost Brands, LLC. provides professional marketing, branding, advertising, web design, social media, content creation, public relations, and digital marketing services. Service scope, duration, and pricing are agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. SMS Communications Program

By opting in to our SMS communications on our contact form, you agree to our SMS program terms:

  • Program Name & Description: Ghost Brands, LLC. offers an SMS program to send appointment reminders, project updates, schedule changes, quotes, notifications, and occasional promotional messages to customers and contacts who have explicitly opted in.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions, projects, inquiries, and communication preferences.

  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

  • Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or phone number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. For assistance, reply “HELP” at any time.

  • Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@ghostbrands.com or by calling 864.704.3229.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled meetings, consultations, or appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in the applicable service agreement or proposal.

5. Liability

While we take extreme care in providing our marketing, advertising, branding, web design, and digital marketing services, Ghost Brands, LLC. is not responsible for results, performance, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, engagement, or other outcomes unless specifically guaranteed in a written agreement. Claims for errors, issues, or damages related to services must be reported promptly after discovery.
